H Stretton Holdings Limited is a privately owned group, established in 2024 and based in the United Kingdom. It holds and supports a focused portfolio of companies working across property, investment, asset remarketing and international trade. Each business keeps its own name, its own leadership and its own character, while drawing on the group’s capital, oversight and long-term backing.
We are owners rather than traders. We take positions we intend to keep, involve ourselves closely in the companies we hold, and measure success over years and decades rather than quarters.
That outlook carries an obligation. We take a close interest in every company we own and hold each to the group’s standard — while each remains its own business, responsible for its own affairs. It is the principle the group is built on: our name, our responsibility.

Long-term ownership
We acquire businesses to hold, not to trade. That patience lets each company plan and build with certainty, rather than manage to the next quarter.
Independent leadership
Every company is run by its own management, closest to its market and its clients. The group provides capital and counsel, and stays out of the day-to-day.
Full accountability
Every company is held to the group’s standard for conduct, service and stewardship. Each is a separate business, responsible for its own operations and obligations.

Property investment & management
The company acquires and holds property for the long term, improving and maintaining each asset with care. Ownership is patient, and every building is managed to a consistent standard for the people who use it.
Investment in listed and private companies
The company invests in stocks and shares across public and private markets, building considered positions in quality businesses and holding them through the cycle rather than trading in and out.
Remarketing of high-value assets
The company acquires, refurbishes and remarkets high-value assets, returning them to productive use. Each is handled with careful valuation, presentation and discretion, so its full worth is realised.
Trade across international markets
The company imports and exports goods across international markets, connecting suppliers and buyers through dependable sourcing, logistics and settlement — held to the same standard as the rest of the group.
